Recording does not work

In iOS Settings, open Understudy and check that Microphone is on.

No sound through Bluetooth earphones

Check that the earphones are connected in iOS, then restart the app.

Can I back up my data?

You can export your audio. On the works list, tap the menu icon to the right of a work, then choose Export.

I want to cancel Understudy Pro

You can cancel from iOS Settings: Apple Account, then Subscriptions. You can also get there from Manage subscription on the Understudy Pro screen in the app.

I paid but Pro is not active

Try Restore purchases on the Understudy Pro screen. Also check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

What is a Practice Ticket?

It lets you look back on your practice and save or share it as a ticket. Open Practice Ticket under Your record in Settings. You can issue one for free.

Can I bring in music or other audio?

Yes. Choose Import from file in the menu on the line list.

Can I use a PDF script?

Yes. Link a PDF to a work and read it while you record. Add bookmarks to jump to a page in one tap.
